Monthly clinics in nine villages more than two hours from the nearest health centre, run with the existing ASHA network.

Rain gauges, slope sensors and a village phone tree on the stretch of road that closes every monsoon.
Off-grid solar for far hamlets
Household solar and shared cold storage for hamlets at the end of the line. First hamlet live since June 2026.
Remedial learning in hill schools
Daily catch-up teaching in reading and arithmetic for classes 3 to 5, running in six schools a day's travel from the district town.
Zawlpui watershed restoration
Restoring spring flow and slope stability across four village catchments above Aizawl. In the field since April 2025.
