The tariff meeting took longer than the installation
Fitting 104 solar systems took eleven days. Agreeing who collects the maintenance money, who holds it, and what happens when a household cannot pay took four months. We think that order of effort is correct, and we would do it the same way again.
Reading is moving, arithmetic is not
At the April reassessment, reading gains were ahead of target and arithmetic gains were a third of it. Teachers had a straightforward explanation: the levelled reading material exists and the levelled arithmetic material does not. We are rebuilding that half of the programme.
Five springs, and a room full of people checking our numbers
Second annual review with the four village councils. Five of fourteen springs now hold dry-season flow, against a target of nine by 2028. Two councils disputed our discharge readings on their own springs; both were right, and the figures were corrected before publication.
