What the project does

A monthly clinic in each of the nine villages, on a published date
Haemoglobin, blood pressure and weight recorded at every visit
Stipend and refresher training for the ASHA in each village
Referral transport arranged and paid for where a risk is flagged
Register reconciled with the district health society each quarter

All field staff work under the foundation's child protection and grievance policies. Data is collected against the indicators above, reviewed twice a year with the community, and published in the annual report whether or not it is flattering.
