To conduct and promote research, documentation, assessments, surveys, monitoring, evaluation, policy analysis, innovation, knowledge management, publication, advocacy and dissemination of information in areas related to the objects of the Company. To collaborate, partner and enter into arrangements with the Central Government, State Governments, local bodies, statutory authorities, national and international agencies, corporates, academic and research institutions, and other non-governmental and civil society organisations for the attainment of the above objects.
