To promote and undertake the planning, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and management of drainage systems, storm water management, flood control and water-logging mitigation, and allied sanitation and civic infrastructure, through community participation, technical assistance, capacity building and advocacy for improved public health, hygiene and environmental conditions.
